Allsorts4Kids will normally despatch your order the following business day providing the order is received before 4.00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock. Delivery is Australia wide using Australia Post Express Post and after despatch delivery is normally made the next day to most areas. Some rural areas can expect delivery within 2-3 days. After despatch you will be notified by email that your order has been sent and you will be given your "Express Post" serial number. You can trace your parcel by contacting any Australia Post office. If there are any delays due to stocking reasons we will notify you immediately and you may have the option of changing or canceling your order.
If your order is to be delivered to hospital please be certain that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made. If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to their home. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to their home may be charged to you.
