Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any of our products please return it to us in its original condition, within 21 days of invoice, along with the reason for the return and we will gladly exchange the product (excluding CD's & DVD's).
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We recommend that you use "Registered Post" - this requires a signature for proof of delivery and will ensure that it does not get lost in the mail.
Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
* Unused, unopened and in original condition
* Undamaged
* Returned within 21 days of invoice
* In a saleable condition upon return
Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect product
For gifts purchased using an Allsorts4Kids gift voucher (or any part thereof), the amount paid by gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of an Allsorts4Kids Gift Voucher.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
