Allsorts4Kids will normally despatch your order the following business day providing the order is received before 4.00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock. Delivery is Australia wide using Australia Post Express Post or registered parcel post ,and after despatch delivery is normally made the next day to most areas.  Some rural areas can expect delivery within 2-3 days.  After despatch you will be notified by email that your order has been sent and you will be given your "Express Post" or "Registered Post" serial number.  You can track your parcels by contacting any Australia Post office.  If there are any delays due to stocking reasons we will notify you immediately and you may have the option of changing or canceling your order.

We deliver to most countries around the world, with some exceptions.  If you would like further information regarding countries we do accept orders from or send orders to, please contact us. 

If your order is to be delivered to hospital please be certain that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made. If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to their home. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to their home may be charged to you.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us! We understand that buying products online is sometimes difficult when you can't touch, or try on the item of clothing. Which is why we also understand there are times when you'd like to return an item/s.  Please return it to us in its original condition with any tags still attached, within 21 days of invoice, along with the reason for the return and we will gladly exchange the product (excluding CD's & DVD's).  Please note value pack returns are accepted, however the full pack must be returned.  Individual items within a pack will not be accepted for refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We recommend that you use "Registered Post" - this requires a signature for proof of delivery and will ensure that it does not get lost in the mail.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

     * Unused, unopened and in original condition 
     * Undamaged
     * Returned within 21 days of invoice
     * In a saleable condition upon return

Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect product

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods, however in many cases you'll receive a refund more quickly.
